If you want to change or remove any of the listed habits, click on Habit in the table and Change it. To Add a Habit, go to New. The formula for weekly progress is set, and you don't need to change it. To begin a new week, click the "Reset Week" button.

If you want to change or remove any of the listed habits, go to New, then under @Today template, click on the three dots, and then on Change. This will open templates; click on the habit you want to change, and go to rename. If you have changed any of your habits, you must also change the formula for the percentages to appear correctly. You can change the formula by clicking Day Progress, Edit Properties, and Edit Formula. Change or add your habits according to the model in the formula. If there are more or fewer habits than the 8 in the formula, be sure to change the number of your habits.
